Jessica Tuck Guest Stars on Breakout Kings

 

Jessica Tuck is one busy bee these days. In addition to landing a recurring role on the Fox pilot Prodigy Bully, which we reported  last month, Tuck is slated to star in an upcoming episode of A&E's Breakout Kings. Tuck will play a mother whose daughter gets caught up in a Romeo and Juliet-type situation with her convicted felon boyfriend. Look for her episode to air on April 15.

Breakout Kings airs Sundays at 10 PM EST on A&E.

One Life to Live Actor Cast in New Alan Ball Drama For Cinemax!

 




Frankie Faison, recently seen as Destiny Evans' father on One Life to Live, has been cast in a new TV series.  According to Deadline, he will star in Banshee, from executive producer Alan Ball. Faison will play Sugar Bates, a retired boxer-turned-barkeep, in the 10-episode Cinemax series. The plot of Banshee centers on the local sheriff of Banshee, PA, whose criminal past comes back to haunt him, when the gangsters he betrayed come calling.  Congrats to Faison!

True Blood scene stealer Jessica Tuck is heading back home to her One Life To Live roots. According to Soap Opera Digest, the actress was seen on the set and has reportedly taped scenes. No word on Tuck's exact airdates.

While Judith Light has reportedly passed on a return engagement at One Life to Live, another famous blonde alum of the sudser says she'd love to reprise her Llanview role. In a recent Access Hollywood interview about the upcoming season of True Blood, Jessica Tuck (Nan) revealed she would "jump" at the chance to play Viki's (Erika Slezak) deceased daughter Megan (the one she had up under the ground) again. Hey, maybe Megan could be a vampire? That would explain how she's alive. (Just kidding) Watch the interview below!
