Did Scandal's Finale Keep You Guessing?
By Jenna Dorsi on May 17, 2013
Secret meetings once again had to be held to determine what to do over Defiance. Olivia (Kerry Washington), Cyrus (Jeff Perry), Hollis (Gregg Henry), Mellie (Bellamy Young), and Fitz (Tony Goldwyn), who replaced Verna, met in the White House kitchen.
Hollis suggested they should do what they should have done over a year ago: kill David Rosen (Joshua Malina). Fitz decreed no more bloodshed, and they decided to get the Cytron card back and destroy it this time.
Fitz also informed Liv he wanted her to be his First Lady now, and not wait another four years after the election to be together. He told her to come up with a plan that made the American public love her more than Mellie, and them as a couple. Then, he could still win a second term with Olivia by his side. READ MORE

Scandal Recap: "Any Questions?"
By Jenna Dorsi on May 10, 2013
Cyrus (Jeff Perry) spent most of this week’s Scandal dodging reporters’ questions about the president’s affair. Meanwhile, Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) was reluctant to make any statement at first, just wanting to stay in bed with Olivia (Kerry Washington). How awkward was it having Cyrus stutter at the simple question, “Where is the President?”
Cyrus finally got Fitz back into the Oval, only to be informed POTUS had decided to give a speech that night, telling the American people he would not seek re-election. Cyrus looked like he was going to puke.
Desperate, he told Fitz to make up with Mellie (Bellamy Young), and he’d help Fitz carry on his affair with Liv. Fitz stayed firm. He doesn't want an affair; he wanted to openly be with the woman he loves. READ MORE

Did Mellie Just Scorch The Earth on Scandal?
By Jenna Dorsi on May 03, 2013
Once again, this week’s Scandal left you on the edge of your seat. This show is great at final acts that leave you screaming at your TV in awe and disbelief.
It’s not that the plotlines are so unpredictable; it’s that you get to know these characters. You fool yourself into thinking you understand them. Cyrus (Jeff Perry) couldn’t have a pregnant girl murdered! Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) wouldn’t kill Verna! Mellie (Bellamy Young) wouldn’t blow up the president’s spot! Then, they actually do and their character is irrevocably altered. You realize, you actually had no freaking clue what they’re capable of. READ MORE
Olivia and Fitz Rekindle Their Passion, While Huck's Backstory is Revealed on ABC's Scandal
By Jenna Dorsi on April 26, 2013
A lot happened on Scandal this week, and yet, a lot didn’t. This episode was mostly filler, but it did feature some instant “classic” Olitz scenes. It’d been a while for the star-crossed pair!
With Olivia (Kerry Washington) still in the hospital after her fracas with Jake, Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) sat vigil. Due to his status as President of the United States, the Secret Service had to practically shut down the hospital to accommodate him. READ MORE
