Passions' Brook Kerr and Ex SUED By High School Musical Star Son Over Missing Money!

What would Coach and Dr. Russell say about this mess? TMZ is reporting former Passions star Brook Kerr and her estranged husband Chris Warren Sr. have been slapped with a lawsuit by their own son, High School Musical star Chris Warren Jr.!
According to the site, Chris Jr. alleges his parents stole thousands of dollars from his acting gigs. The Junior Chris claims his parents created a trust for him in 2001 for the money he made as a minor. When he tried to gain access to the account, his parents denied him the right. READ MORE

The CW is hoping for some Grey’s Anatomy magic with the their new medical drama Emily Owens, M.D. Starring Mamie Gummer as Emily Owens, and former Passions and Smallville heartthrob Justin Hartley as Will Rider, Emily Owens, M.D. tells the story of a woman who discovers being an intern at a hospital isn’t much different than being in high school.
After his success as The Green Arrow on Smallville, I’d hoped Hartley would be the lead in Arrow. Since The CW decided to take the character in a different direction, Hartley lovers will have to watch him scrub in with Emily. Watch the premiere of Emily Owens, M.D. below!

Congrats are in order for Liza Huber (ex-Gwen, Passions), daughter of daytime legend Susan Lucci. Soap Opera Digest is reporting Huber is currently expecting her fourth child. La Lucci stated:
"She always wanted four, ever since she was a little girl. We are so thrilled."

Sad news, soap fans. TMZ is reporting former Passions, Days of Our Lives and All My Children star Lindsay Hartley has filed for divorce from husband Justin Hartley. According to the site, the actress listed "irreconcilable differences" as the reason she is ending her marriage of eight years.
