Mark Pinter Joins The Young and the Restless

Veteran soap star Mark Pinter is heading to Genoa City. TV Guide's Michael Logan is reporting Pinter, best known as Grant Harrison on NBC's defunct soap Another World, has landed a juicy role on The Young and the Restless. According to the magazine, Pinter will play Marcus Wheeler, who is described as:
a powerful and sophisticated congressman involved with Victor [Eric Braeden] and Jack [Peter Bergman], who will go to any lengths to protect his image and career. READ MORE

Don't believe the hype buzzing all over the Internet about Matt Lauer leaving Today. According to The New York Post, the morning show's head honcho Alexandra Wallace revealed to them exclusively, Lauer is staying put. Wallace stated:

Is Max Brady gearing up for a return to Salem? Days Of Our Lives fans were left with their mouths wide open when Darin Brooks posted a cryptic message on Twitter Brooks tweeted:
From 2005-2010, Brooks played the role of Caroline and Shawn Brady's adopted son Max. Max left Salem for London with his niece/fiancé Chelsea (Rachel Melvin). The Daytime Emmy winner went on to star in Spike TV's now-defunct football comedy series Blue Mountain State.
Claire Coffee is Out For Revenge on Grimm’s Fall Finale!

Former General Hospital star Claire Coffee has had a successful run on NBC’s supernatural procedural Grimm as Adalind. This week, Adalind returns to Portland, Oregon looking for revenge. TV Line previews what is in store on the November 16 fall finale.
“She’s avenging her mother’s death a bit, but I think for Adalind, it’s more [about] the shame that the captain put her through after she lost her powers,” Coffee says.
