Keeping Up with the Kardashians
Will the newest member of the Kardashian family make her first media appearance on Kris Jenner’s upcoming talk show? That's the question on everyone’s minds these days, regarding Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby daughter.
During Jenner's appearance on Today, Matt Lauer rilled the momager on North's first public appearance. Lauer asked:
You‘ve got a tool at your disposal and I want to know right now if you are going to use it. Are there plans in the first week of this show to reveal either photos of the new granddaughter North or perhaps a walk on from Kim, Kanye and North?
Well while that’s ambitious, that would be fun. I think you’re just going to have to wait and see and tune in because I’m not sure exactly what’ s going to happen.

Just about everything Calabasas, California momager Kris Jenner touches turns into ratings gold. if you don't believe me, just turn to the E! channel at any point during the day and you're likely to find one of several reality series starring her fame-hungry family, all executive-produced by Jenner and Ryan Seacrest. Twentieth Television is banking on the millions of viewers, who keep up with all things Kardashian on cable, following Jenner to the syndicated daytime airwaves.
Starting July 15, Kris will get a six-week trial run on several Fox TV stations. This seems to have become the go-to model for launching a new talk show, as both Bethenny and The Wendy Williams Show did trial runs prior to securing lengthier pacts. Check out the first promo for Kris after the jump!
American Idol host and Keeping up With the Kardashians godfather Ryan Seacrest dropped by Ellen, where he and Ellen DeGeneres chatted about Nicki Minaj vs. Mariah Carey on American Idol, Seacrest living in DeGeneres' old home and of course the Kimye baby. Watch the clip after the jump!
The Kardashian empire continues to expand. Twentieth Television and Fox Television Stations have announced a summer preview for Kris Jenner's new talk show, aptly called Kris. Per Deadline, the show will be available in New York and Los Angeles on select Fox-owned stations. Is Kris Jenner trying to be the next Oprah? Deadline is reporting the brains behind the Kardashian-Jenner empire is in discussions with Twentieth Television to get her own daytime talk show. Reportedly a test run for the chatfest is gearing up to take place next summer on Fox-owned TV stations.
When asked about Jenner possibly snagging her own show, a spokesperson for Fox stations stated:
Everyone wants to do a test with the Fox TV stations.
