Although Bibel praises PP's efforts to resurrect the defunct sudsers, she wonders why the production studio with such primetime titans as Royal Pains and Wilfred under their belts, would try to proceed without the Writers Guild of America. Mark Consuelos to Headline ABC Scripted Comedy


 
Mark Consuelos is not letting any grass grow under his feet. Deadline is reporting the All My Children alum will star in an upcoming comedy for ABC. The series will focus on a Queens handyman and his son, who get swept up into the uber rich world of the Upper West Side as they both become part of a non-traditional family.

Consuelos and wife Kelly Ripa will serve as executive producers for the project along with writer Peter Murrieta and Aaron Kaplan. Fans missing the actor can catch him on the new season of FX's American Horror Story: Asylum

Mark Consuelos Scares Up Role on American Horror Story

 

Is Kelly Ripa's better half checking himself into a nut house? He is on TV! Former All My Children star Mark Consuelos has signed on for season 2 of FX's hit drama American Horror Story.  According to Entertainment Weekly, Consuelos will star as Spivey, a patient at the asylum that is central to Season 2's plotlines.

Brett Butler Returns to The Young and the Restless




Look who's returning to The Young and the Restless. According to CBS Soaps In Depth, Brett Butler will reprise the role of Beth, Paul's (Doug Davidson) next door neighbor. The Grace Under Fire and Anger Management star's two-day stint is slated for July 26 and 27.
