Dancing With The Stars
We found out just last week it's a girl and we are over the moon . Diana has a little baby bump now and it's the cutest thing ever. With the holidays coming up, this is the biggest and best gift we could get.
This will be the first child for both Martinez and Gonzales-Jones.
Dancing With the Stars winner and former All My Children star JR Martinez has earned widespread recognition, but now he’s helping shine a light on every day heroes. Parade magazine caught up with Martinez and talked with him about being a presenter at the American Giving Awards (AGAs) on December 10. The award show, recognizing local heroes, airs on NBC at 8 PM EST.

"Anybody that knows me, knows that I'm all about helping and giving back, so for me to be asked to participate in this event is an honor. I love helping out good people who are doing good things."

Unless you've been under a rock—which doesn't have WiFi—you already know we soap lovers finally have a reason to celebrate again. On Tuesday night, All My Children alum and Iraq War vet JR Martinez became the second soaper to take home the Mirror Ball trophy on Dancing With The Stars. We here at Daytime Confidential couldn't be prouder of this amazingly-talented, inspirational dude!
Iraq War vet, All My Children star and Dancing With the Stars competitor JR Martinez has earned the latest cover of People magazine. In the feature, Martinez talks about how the injuries of war have impacted his life.
For its latest cover story, Martinez, 28, tells PEOPLE that he considers himself blessed to have experienced the trauma. If not for the Humvee he was driving hitting a land mine, "My life would not be what it is today: full of joy, happiness and positivity," he says.

Since 2008 we’ve watched All My Children’s J.R. Martinez portray Brot Monroe and tonight you can watch the army veteran-turned actor as he debuts his fancy footwork to the world, on the season premiere of Dancing With the Stars. Martinez will compete for the show’s big prize–a giant mirror ball trophy–against Carson Cressley, Chaz Bono, Chynna Phillips, David Arquette, Elisabetta Canalis, Hope Solo, Kristin Cavallari, Nancy Grace, Ricki Lake, Rob Kardashian and Ron Artest, in the hopes of becoming the first soap star since General Hospital’s Kelly Monaco to win the trophy.
He’ll have his work cut out for him and need your votes. All My Children’s Cameron Mathison and Susan Lucci (seasons five and seven respectively) each danced their butts off on DWTS, but failed to take home the award.
