General Hospital alum Vanessa Marcil's guest stint on the CBS cop drama Hawaii Five-0 earned 10.1 million viewers, up 12 percent in its ratings.  Meanwhile, General Hospital favorite Kelly Monaco aided in kicking up 16 million viewers on Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars.
