On the heels of her talk show's cancellation, Bethenny Frankel is speaking out about the program being axed. Frankel penned an open letter on her website, voicing her opinions as to why she felt her self-titled show was doomed. Frankel wrote:
In order to have the freedom to create a talk show, there are required elements that the job entails. This is the part that I didn't enjoy so much and that wasn't authentic to me. In addition, I tend to be quite inappropriate which may not be suitable for daytime television or for the suits that run network television nationwide. READ MORE
Unlike my time on Bravo, I felt a bit diluted, filtered and somewhat constricted. I am a free spirit. My late father (a horse trainer) used to say "She is a mustang. You need to let her run." I am more comfortable in my natural surroundings and in a setting where I'm surrounded by crazy, where anything goes and where I can be authentically me. When interviewed about the show, I always said that it could only work if I was true to myself and only if it was genuinely a good fit and marriage which it turned out not to be.
Another talk show bites the dust. Bethenny Frankel’s self-titled talk show is getting the axe.
Telepictures made the decision to cancel the Bethenny Ever After star’s chatfest before it reached its second season. Frankel said in a released statement,
My entire staff worked so hard and made everyday so much fun. I am thankful for the experience and for all my fans who tuned in every day.” READ MORE

Does media titan Oprah Winfrey have beef with The View's Jenny McCarthy? The outspoken blonde seems to think so. Last night, McCarthy paid a trip to the Bravo clubhouse to hang with Watch What Happen Live's Andy Cohen, along with her boyfriend, Blue Bloods star Donnie Wahlberg. McCarthy dished with Cohen about having a deal with Winfrey for her planned syndicated talk show. Once OWN was created, Winfrey decided to place the show on her network instead, but McCarthy put the kibosh on the entire thing. McCarthy stated:
It didn't [work out], I left. I am terrified . . . I would be like OH NO [if we ran into each other].
Cohen went on to ask if she thinks she's on Winfrey's list and McCarthy remarked:
I'm sure there's probably a lot of people on her sh*t list, but I'm probably number 4.
Seriously doubt the Mighty O is checking for you right about now, Jenny. Watch the interview after the jump! READ MORE
