General Hospital Ball Buster Jane Elliot Talks 50th Anniversary!
By Jillian Bowe on March 08, 2013What's going to happen at this year's Nurses Ball on General Hospital? Don't ask Jane Elliot. The scene stealer spoke with AccessHollywood.com to discuss ABC's lone soap's 50th anniversary and what fans can expect. Warning, La Elliot seriously doesn't have much spoiler tea, because Frank Valentini has scoopage on LOCK!
Access: How exciting is the birthday stuff, the storylines and the Nurses’ Ball? What can you tease about that?
Jane: I can’t because it’s so hush-hush. I mean, I know that there [are] probably a dozen surprises of people coming back and I don’t know what they are because Frank [Valentini, ‘GH’s’ executive producer] has coded everybody’s name… If you call the call line, it’s the code name that’s getting called, so you literally don’t know who that person is until you’re standing on stage acting with them. One of the things that I like most about [Frank] is he believes in surprising the audience, he believes in not tipping your hand beforehand because it doesn’t give you a reason to tune back in… Frank does not want people to know what’s going to happen. He wants people to be surprised and there are some fabulous surprises coming. READ MORE
Jack Wagner Dishes General Hospital Return With Access Hollywood
By Jillian Bowe on February 05, 2013
The last time General Hospital viewers saw Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) in Port Charles, the lovable WBS agent/singer was helping Felicia (Kristina Wagner) as their daughter Maxie (then played by Robyn Richards) battled Kawasaki syndrome. Eighteen years later, Wagner has returned home to the show that made him a household name. Access Hollywood was on the GH set to get the details on Frisco's return. Wagner revealed:
When I talked to Frank [Valentini], the [executive] producer, and we decided that Frisco would come back it’s like, ‘Is he coming back [with the] ‘out of the Turkish prison look,’ with a little gruffy beard and Harrison Ford in ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark,’ or, is going to be more Michael Douglas ‘Wall Street’? So he said, ‘Let’s make it Turkish prison.’ So, I’ve cleaned up since I’ve been back.

Anderson Cooper vs. Lohan Clan
By Luke Kerr on August 07, 2008Who knew having Anderson Cooper fill in for Regis Philbin on Live With Regis and Kelly with Kelly Ripa would or could turn into a full blown media slugfest?
Cooper, who regularily fills in for Philbin was visiting with Ripa about Ali Lohan's apiring "career" and made some comments about Ali and her mother Dina Lohan that could be considered less than complimentary by the Lohan clan. Never one to pass up the opportunity to talk to a celebrity mag, mamma lion Lohan fired back through Ok Magazine telling them that "People are just cruel! This is bad karma for him." To which Cooper responded on Anderson Cooper 360 (see above clip). READ MORE
