Pretty Little Liars’ spring finale airs tonight, but will we finally find out who the mysterious Red Coat is? TV Guide teases Red Coat’s revelation to the Liars.

After a season of being taunted and haunted by a mysterious blonde in a crimson jacket, "Red Coat will finally show herself to the girls" Tuesday night, promises executive producer Marlene King of Pretty Little Liars' Season 3 jaw-dropping finale (8/7c, ABC Family), which she says "in many ways goes up in flames."

Meanwhile, Spencer’s (Troian Bellisario) decision to join the A Team rocks the Liars, but why did she do it? Zap2it caught up with Bellisario, who thinks Spencer went to the dark side to find out the truth about Toby (Keegan Allen).

"I think one of the main reasons that Spencer joined the A Team is to find out what happened to Toby and what she can do about it," she continues. "I can say with certitude that come finale time you will know what happened to Toby."

Spencer (Torian Bellisario) was finally able to have Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson), and Aria (Lucy Hale) visit her on the latest installment of  Pretty Little Liars. Former One Life to Live star Sherri Saum (ex-Keri Reynolds) is set to star in ABC Family’s new drama The Fosters. Produced by Jennifer Lopez, The Fosters is the story of two moms raising a multi-ethnic family mix of biological and foster children. Saum portrays one of the moms, Lena Foster, opposite of Teri Polo’s Stef Foster. Our friends at Zap2it have the exclusive trailer for the new series, which premieres June 3.

Can you believe another delicious season of Pretty Little Liars is almost over? Tonight’s penultimate Season 3 episode, “I’m Your Puppet”, finds Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Hanna (Ashley Benson) searching for the truth about Toby (Keegan Allen). Is he really dead or alive, as Emily insists?

Meanwhile, Spencer’s (Troian Bellisario) mom tries to get her out of the facility, but Spencer insists she isn’t ready. Could it be because Spencer wants to learn more about Mona (Janel Parrish) while on the inside?

It’s really too bad ABC Family shows do not get the critical acclaim they deserve. Bellisario’s performances this season have been Emmy worthy.

Now, what in the name of William J. Bell, Sr. are they doing over at The Young and the Restless? Soap Opera Digest is reporting Y&R has given Blake Hood the boot as Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) youngest son Kyle (We still remember Keemo!).

Vanessa Marano may no longer appear on CBS Daytime's top soap, but the Switched at Birth star is still young and restless! Marano headlines Lifetime’s upcoming film Restless Virgins. The flick is centered on a sex tape scandal, which rocks an elite prep school.

Marano plays Emily, a prep school reporter who stumbles across a sex tape made by five senior members of the lacrosse team. The film also stars Desperate Housewives alum Charlie Carver and Timothy Busfield. Watch a preview for Restless Virgins after the jump!
