Judge Dismisses Brian Austin Green’s Lawsuit Against Vanessa Marcil

A judge has thrown out Brian Austin Green’s lawsuit against Vanessa Marcil over unpaid loans. According to TMZ, the judge decided Green waited too long to file the suit over roughly $200,000 in loans.
But today, an L.A. County Superior Court judge ruled ... Green had waited too damn long to pursue legal action against the mother of his 10-year-old son ... and the statute of limitations had run out.
And it gets worse for Brian ... 'cause the judge also told Marcil she can seek monetary sanctions from Green for what her lawyers called a "frivolous" lawsuit.

Following Jennie Garth and Luke Perry's fun Old Navy spot with Jason Priestly, Rumor Fix is clearing up gossip about a real-life Dylan McKay and Kelly Taylor love affair. According to the website, the reason the Beverly Hills, 90210 alums have been spending time together is that they're busy developing a multi-camera, half-hour sitcom.
“They have been spending a lot of time together recently because the two are working on developing a TV sitcom together. It will be a multi-camera half hour show, currently we have producers and writers and are meeting with networks.”

The Lying Game, which stars As the World Turns grad Alexandra Chando and features former General Hospital favorite Tyler Christopher, has cast 90210 star Ryan Rottman, according to TV Guide. Reportedly, “He'll play Jordan, a handsome, athletic, confident teen from Beverly Hills who's new in town and has a secret agenda.”
