The Young and the Restless is ripe with evil goddess plots these days and while from where I sit gazing through my crystal ball in order to catch up on the action taking place in that tormented city on a daily basis, I have mixed emotions. Surely the only reason soap opera residents did not receive this critical government form is because the only items their letter carriers deliver are envelopes containing threats or DNA test results.
