B&B Flashback: Stephanie vs. Brooke

I was trolling YouTube to brush up on my Stephanie (Susan Flannery) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) battles from the The Bold and the Beautiful, but there are way too many classics to choose from. This all-too-short retrospective should whet your appetite for more!  What were your favorite Stephanie/Brooke moments? Catch the video after the jump. READ MORE

Are You In For B&B's Next Generation?

There is more than one battle in the war being played out on The Bold and the Beautiful. The Forresters are downright desperate to regain control of their birthright from the evil clutches of Bill Spencer and the pesky Logan sisters. On a smaller scale however, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) declared herself her grandmother's granddaughter when she found out another Logan joined the fashion house hijinx. The aging of Brooke Logan's (Katherine Kelly Lang) daughter Hope (Kimberly Matula) brought her in the fold as a new intern. Steffy is having a hard time with Hope's presence and it's clear what is setting up. The torch is being passed down to the next generation. Stephanie (Susan Flannery) versus Brooke has a new twist. The question is,

Are you looking forward to the fights of the next generation of Forrester vs. Logan?

The New Triad Vs. Victor?

After I laughed for a good 20 minutes, I decided to share the joke with the DC readers. Once again I left my window open and a little birdie flew in and told me that Jeff (Ted Shackleford), Gloria (Judith Chapman), and Jill (Jess Walton) will team up to take THE Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) down on The Young and the Restless.. Goldberg to Writer: "Anonymous Bitch!"

Forget the motto of Don't Mess with Texas (sorry Jamey and Mel), you don't mess with Whoopi Goldberg. The View moderator went off on TV Guide Magazine writer Ingela Ratledge and What Not To Wear's, Stacy London for clowning her wardrobe choices and suggesting what she (Ratledge) thinks Goldberg should wear in the magazine. London took it a bit further by saying in the article, that due to Goldberg's clothing,

You can't take her seriously.

Ouch!  Now I watched today's show and I'm just wondering how the hell I missed her reading the women for bashing her attire. Then I realized it happened at the very end of the show. See Goldberg in action at the 5:41 mark of the clip.. All I have to say is: CHURCH WHOOPI!

Y&R: Colleen vs. Victor?

Like father like daughter? Looks like its going to be that way when Colleen "Cee Cee" Carlton (Tammin Sursok) goes guns blazing after Victor "The Black Knight" Newman (Eric Braeden). What has Cee Cee swinging, all starts when  Brad (Don Diamont) is late for their lunch date and he doesn't contact her. Colleen knows that her pops is always readily available and always keeps his promise of spending time with his daughters. When she still hasn't heard from Brad after a day is almost gone, she knows something is wrong. Her uncle and best friend Billy and Lily (Billy Millier, Christel Khalil) try to calm her worries but that doesn't work with Colleen and she sets off to look for her dad. She turns to JT (Thad Luckinbill) for help, busting up his one year anniversary with Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Good thing she did because JT's already making some headway in locating Brad. READ MORE

Does Neil Have a Chance Against Victor?

In most cases, The Young and the Restless's Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) comes out on top after the dust settles. Today, I saw a glimmer of hope that there was finally some pushback from the faithful, long suffering, always a bridesmaid Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). DC's own Jamey Giddens stopped the negativity train regarding Y&R because it was always fixed before he could get an argument off the ground. Here's hoping another ill is remedied and that Neil is finally going to stand up for himself outside of his apartment. Neil is ripe for a storyline and I'm all in favor of one that involves him fighting the Newmans for what he feels is rightfully his. I have no doubt that Emmy winner St. John has the chops to butt heads with Braeden.
