Guiding Light's Olivia (Crystal Chappell) had or was in scenes with several great quotes today. At one point Doris (Orlagh Cassidy) told Olivia "God can be very powerful" unfazed Olivia responded "No offense, but so can I." Later a nun blocked Olivia's attempt to find Natalia (Jessica Leccia) by saying "I've seen many angels. The Lord is telling me you are not one of them." Chappell was outstanding in those scenes.

Is it possible that I just watched/heard a full blown repudiation of the Lynn Marie Latham years come out of Jill Abbott's (Jess Walton) mouth on The Young and the Restless? Even if it wasn't, the quote "I feel like I've wasted the last six years" is still worth the quote of the day.

The old battle axe (Stephanie Forrester) was in fine form today when she told Donna my favorite quote of the day, "I don't care if he's Putin or the Pope."

What was your favorite quote from today's soaps?

The quote of the day comes from Days of Our Lives' Rafe (Galen Gering) when he told a glowering EJ (James Scott) that the FBI is a "full service agency." The best part was that as the scene played out you could just see EJ getting more and more jealous of Rafe's relationship with Sami (Alison Sweeney).

Kate Linder's Esther Valentine ripped into Jill (Jess Walton) today on The Young and the Restless after learning that Jill had been investigating her new husband by throwing Jill's lack of a love life back in her face and I think it deserves my the quote of the day.
