No. 20: Crystal Chappell, The Bold and the Beautiful
The Bold and the Beautiful’s Crystal Chappell plummeted from No. 7 in July to No. 20 on August’s Daytime Confidential Top 20. Could it be that Joanna Johnson's (Karen) lack of availability, due to work as a primetime TV producer, has caused interest in Dani and Karen's love story to wane? B&B showrunner Brad Bell recently promised more story is coming for his soap's premiere lesbian couple. We'll see how that effects Chappell's ranking.
