You Decide: Worst Soap of the Week

Which show do you think was the Worst Soap of the Week?

Holy Ovaries! Brooke is Pregnant on The Bold and the Beautiful!

Caroline (Lindsey Godfrey) flitted about before the charity event, as guests began to arrive. One of the guests was Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) doctor, who said she was there because cancer research was so important.

The show began with Caroline giving a speech and then playing a video in honor of her dead aunt.  She also mentioned Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) unsuccessful fight with cancer. READ MORE

Donna Helps Brooke and Bill Cover up Their Betrayal on The Bold and the Beautiful

Donna (Jennifer Gareis) couldn’t believe Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) had betrayed Katie (Heather Tom).  As usual, Brooke made a bunch of excuses for her marriage-busting behavior.

Brooke told her sister she and Bill (Don Diamont) agreed it would never happen again. Donna said she didn’t care. She wanted to know how he could ever be a husband to Katie again.  Donna quickly agreed to help cover up the secret. She said she didn’t think Katie could survive such news. READ MORE

Even Susan Flannery Wanted Stephanie to Die With Brooke on The Bold and the Beautiful!

Should Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) have been with Eric (John McCook), their kids and/or favorite daughter-in-law Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) when she went to the Great Soap Museum in The Sky — as opposed to say, frenemy Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang)? The Bold and the Beautiful fans have debated this topic for months, but now, La Flannery herself has finally weighed in.

TV Guide Magazine's Michael Logan spoke with the legendary actress on the heels of her latest Daytime Emmy nomination. Golden ladies weren't all they dished about. Flannery also got real about her exit from the sudser.

TV Guide Magazine: You and Katherine both submitted the same episode — Stephanie dying with Brooke by her side. You never gave interviews at the end of your run on B&B so finally here's my chance to ask: How did you feel about the way your exit was written?

Flannery: I loved it. Toward the end, someone at the show told me Stephanie was going to die in, like, three weeks and I went up to Brad's office and said, "You're gonna have Brooke there with her at the end, right?" He looked up and gave me this great big grin and said, "Yes, that's who it is." I said, "Fabulous!" I think it worked out really well. READ MORE

Donna Defends Brooke Before Learning of Her Betrayal on The Bold and the Beautiful!

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Woods) and Liam (Scott Clifton) returned from their honeymoon. They stopped by Spencer Publications, where Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie (Heather Tom) were in his office. That sure was one short honeymoon.

After Bill left, Katie told Liam and Steffy how happy she was for them. She mentioned their child was lucky, because of the loyalty Spencer men possess. Did Katie not just live through the past two years of Hope/Liam/Steffy hell? If there is one thing Liam isn’t, it is loyal.

At Forrester, Taylor (Hunter Tylo), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Hope (Kim Matula) were all working on Caroline’s charity event. Boy, charity events sure get thrown together fast on The Bold and the Beautiful. It seems like it was only yesterday Caroline had the idea for it. Taylor inadvertently let it slip Liam and Steffy had returned.

After Brooke and Hope left, Donna lashed out at Taylor. She ordered the doctor to leave her sisters alone. Taylor pushed back at Donna, and asked if she wasn’t worried about Katie. Donna told Taylor that Brooke and Bill didn’t cross the line. She insisted neither would actually go through with it, because they knew what it would do to Katie. READ MORE
