Daytime Confidential would like to wish Phil Carey (Asa Buchanan, One Life to Live) a very Happy Birthday.  The daytime legend celebrates his 83rd birthday today.

Asa returns this week as part of the 40th Anniversary celebration for One Life to Live.  Tina, my partner in crime, pointed out that it's fitting Mr. Carey celebrates his birth on the same day One Life to Live celebrates it's anniversary. 

Happy Birthday Phil and welcome back, even if it's just a short visit.
