Soap diva by day(time) and weight loss warrior princess in primetime, Alison Sweeney (Days of Our Lives, The Biggest Loser) teamed up with Style Network's Ruby Gettinger (Ruby) at the first ever "Fight with Style: Healthy Moms + Healthy Kids" Town Hall on Saturday, April 16. On today Tuesday March 22 Daytime Confidential’s Jamey Giddens and Luke Kerr returned to The Morning Jolt With Larry Flick and Keith Price to talk about the second season of WORKSHOP, which premieres on Hulu on March 29.
During the first hour Larry, Keith, Jamey and Luke discuss the tragic killing of General Hospital’s baby Jake and the reports of All My Children’s possible cancellation. During the second hour, WORKSHOP co-creator Nate Golon and WORKSHOP star and Passions alum Phillip Jeanmarie join the party to preview the upcoming season of Workshop, their characters and what inspired the comedic webseries.
In the final half hour Larry, Keith, Jamey and Luke discuss the season premiere of Dancing With the Stars, season finale of Pretty Little Liars and the latest from Showtime’s Shameless.

Soap Alums Shine on Grammy Red Carpet

None of them earned a spot on our Most Ridonkulous Grammy Fashion list, but there were some familiar faces on the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards red carpet. Several former daytime stars popped up at music’s biggest party. Eddie Cibrian and fiancé LeAnn Rimes (pictured above) were all a smile. Rimes even stole a kiss for the paparazzi. Desperate Housewives’ Eva Longoria continues to prove that being single looks good on her. Ex-All My Children star and CSI: Miami investigator Eva La Rue shimmered in her slinky, black dress. Tia Carrere looked great in green, but what was that on her shoulder?
