John/Natalie/Marty/Roxy: John's nerves start to get the better of him about Natalie’s whereabouts and he begins to search for her. John locates Natalie's car at the Buchanan lodge and heads out there. Inside the lodge, Natalie is in full labor and it seems that she may have to deliver her child alone. However, Marty grows a conscience and returns to the lodge to help Natalie deliver her baby. Marty discovers that the baby is in breech and in grave danger. Marty/John/Natalie/Jessica/Brody: Marty breaks up John and Natalie's wedding ceremony. Before Marty can reveal the truth about the paternity test, Jessica doubles over in pain from her abdomen. John and Brody rush her to the hospital, leaving Natalie and Marty alone. Natalie and Marty have it out in the courtroom over Marty’s recent stunt. Marty tries to go to the hospital, but Natalie stops her, causing Marty to fall and hit her head.

The next day, John finds Brody pacing the hospital floor waiting for Jessica's test results. He asks Brody if he's seen Natalie, because no one's heard anything from her since last night. Natalie has taken Marty to the Buchanan lodge, where she plans to keep her tied up while she returns to Llanview to confess the truth to John about the baby's paternity. Natalie starts to leave, but is stricken by labor pains. Natalie tries to make it out the door, but goes into full labor and is forced to stay put. Natalie pleads with Marty to drive her back into town to the hospital. However, Marty tells Natalie that she showed no mercy where her son Cole was concerned, and outright refuses to help Natalie with her baby. Marty leaves Natalie at the lodge, alone, in labor. Nate convinces Dani to do nothing about it and keeps his focus on making Eddie permanently disappear. Meanwhile, Kelly prepares herself to admit her true feelings to Joey. Kelly comes upon Joey alone with a diamond ring and begins to think it's for her. Kelly eventually gets the picture and lies to Joey telling him she and Kevin are getting back together.

At the same time, Aubrey runs into Ford whom she is very familiar with from Europe. It turns out the two slept together. Later on, Aubrey asks Kelly if she plans on trying to ruin her relationship with Joey. How will Kelly respond to Aubrey's question?

Ford/Eddie/Clint: Ford goes to Clint for help with Eddie. He asks Clint for $50,000 to pay off Eddie and to run him out of town. Clint agrees to Ford's request, but soon after gives Eddie a gun, money and an assignment to complete. Later on, Ford gives Eddie the money James owes him and tells him to leave town. What will Eddie say about Ford's actions?

Nate/Dani/Eddie: Dani and Nate believe it's time they take their relationship to the next level. However, they quickly decide against the idea and opt to wait until the time is right. Soon after, Dani has an unpleasant run in with Eddie and tells Todd about it. Will Dani be Eddie's next target?

Inez/Clint/Bo/Nora/Eddie: Inez can't believe her ears when Clint asks her to seduce Bo. Inez won't go through with it, but Clint forces her to keep his proposal quiet. Meanwhile, Eddie says a few choice words about Inez to Bo and Nora and the couple end up having a nasty argument. Eddie continues his path of destruction by giving Dani a hard time at Inez's apartment. Inez walks though her door and is shocked to see Eddie there.
