This is a cliche plot point: heroic hero is revealed to have a wife/lover who died under mysterious circumstances.

Ain't it though? But GG has proven to be a strong actor on DooL -- and it's still better than any of the material he was given to play on 'Passions'. And there's no fantasy love scenes with Precious!
