The romance of Denny and Izzie is one of my favorite Grey's Anatomy storylines. Izzie in that red dress after the death of Denny is one of my most memorable Grey's Anatomy scenes.
The other day I noticed some people commented that they were tired of having Denny pop up on Grey's. Personally I enjoy his returns but I'm curious what everyone's take is.

I also wondered if she is dying since he kept saying it. There were rumors this summer about Shonda killing off Izzie since KH bad mouthed the writing for Izzie.

Enough already. It's getting tired. The one where he shows up when Mer is bouncing around limbo was cool but come on... Now this whole, "Touch me, feel me" crap.

I like seeing Denny but this is a little over the top... didn't like the NEM I'm a ghost you can touch storyline and I don't like this either. Maybe Izzie has a brain tumor ala Nikolas.

Has it struck anyone that a dead character gets more s/l than Sloan?
Anyway, when I saw Denny, again, last night I wondered how long is this going to last? I'm sure this is an attempt by Shondra to give Katherine her "Emmy worthy story" but I think it would have been better if ghost Denny had appeared to her last year.
It would have been a better story for Izzy and more heartbreaking for the audience w/ Denny's death still fresh in our minds if he had appeared to her then. It could have been a symbolic letting go and moving on s/l that would have been much, much better than the sleeping w/ George and ruining marriages s/l.
With the addition of McRambo to the cast this show needs to start pruning the tree. Also, instead of Jeffrey Dean Morgan playing dead people, how about somebody get this man on a television show of his own!
