The introduction of Allison Barrington’s (Erin Hershey Presley) teenage son Rafe (Jimmy Deschler), and his almost immediate interaction with Molly (Haley Pullos) appears to foreshadow an upcoming triangle between Rafe, Molly and TJ (Tequan Richmond). So far TJ and Molly haven’t really had a viable third person to provide the relationship speed bumps most soap couples endure, that is unless you count their parents/guardians.
Personally, I’d like to see where things between Rafe and Molly go, because they remind me of a young Starr (Kristen Alderson) and Cole (Brandon Buddy) on One Life to Live. Plus, I thought their “just Rafe” and “just Molly” was a cute way to start them down the path to romance. On the other hand, Daytime Confidential’s Jamey Giddens is cheering for team TJ.

For me, it's Molly that's the weak link in this possible triangle. I say bring in a stronger female teen for these two young men to spar over. Because I really do like both of them.

People were complaining about the age difference between he and Molly and now this character shows up and it's obvious that he is closer in age to Molly and he is Caucasian, like Molly.
I'll just wait for the obvious to occur.
At least Tequan has that intriguing indie film coming out now-- the one he did with Isaiah Washington. Blue Caprice debuted at Sundance.
Hopefully he'll get more film roles because I see him being given the 'Shawn Butler' treatment.

As much as I am n Team TJ, I already know where this story is going to go. We are going to get a rehash of the Matthew/Dani/Old Man Ford triangle from OLTL all over again with TJ being thrown into the Matthew role of not only being dumped but being turned into a petulant douche just to make sure that viewers know who they are supposed to be rooting for.

I say Team TJ because Molly and TJ haven't even really had a chance to grow yet. Similar to the Will and Sonny thing on Days. Waaaay too early in the relationships to start making triangles.
I like TJ/Tequan Richmond. I also like Rafe (not sure the actor's name), but I want Molly and TJ to have an actual relationship before RC busts it up for their Twilight Storyline...cuz you know they are going for this aesthetic.

I like the mix of this trio, not the least being I think all three are equally good at the acting end of things. I hope they make the effort to keep us going back and forth between the two young men but right now, I'm with angrierblackman. Molly and TJ haven't even really had a chance to do anything apart from run into parental/guardian roadblocks and what there are have been miniscule. Better to maybe develop Rafe's character a bit more and have both Molly and TJ be friends with him first, then go toward a rivalry...

Rafe is a great character but TJ and Molly have had a great slow build up (appropriate for their age) and it would be nice to see them stay together for a while. Loved when TJ went to bat for Molly last week against Connie.

I liked Molly a couple years back but now she annoys me. I would prefer TJ & Rafe together and have Molly try to break them up. Molly is a bit of a sap and should be braiding her hair with Sabrina and playing with paper dolls.

Most stories on GH recently are moving at warp speed (minus Connie/Sonny of course), so it does not surprise me that on day 2 of Rafe being in Port Charles it's already clear that he is on a path to teen angst/romance with Molly. And it is too bad if TJ is the odd boy out ... because I like him too.
I'm not opposed to Rafe/Molly and I really liked Rafe immediately. But when you step back and think about it, it's kind of annoying how obvious it all is. But who knows, maybe we'll be surprised yet.

I didn't like the first TJ .I do love Molly.I know but, she is a lot easier to watch than the mob. or her sister Krissy. I like this TJ. The actor seems to be able to act,he has Mollys best intrest at heart,and Rafe?
I think they have to show both of them more. A triangle is fine. I didn't watch OLTL so the plot is somewhat new to me. As new as it can be watching all the soaps I have.Go for it.
As longas the mob garbage is gone I am fine with all soaps plots. Even return from the dead.

TJ was being creepy and over-protective of Molly the first time they had a conversation about Rafe. Maybe realistic for a teenage guy towards his girlfriend, but to me it telegraphed that the writers have already decided that Rafe and Molly are going to fall in Luuuuuv and TJ will turn unlikable to prop the new pairing. BORING.
