Cane and Lily are boring together! Daniel Goodard was better when the show established Cane as the real Philip. Plus, Christel Khalil seems to be bored with the Brotha playing Tyler (Redaric Williams). Maybe, they should screen test her with Dylan instead. She seems to like white chocolate anyway. Plus, we know Steve can get down with the chocolate sistas (Jason and Keesha).

Cane and Chelsea sleeping together would be juicy, However, it wouldn't work out. Plus, Cane is boring as Hell! Chelsea is exciting, and fine as Hell! That Girl needs some fun! I think they should put her with Detective Chavez. Those two would be hot together.

Cane, should be with Sharon. They seem to have had a few sparks during their meetings.

If Cane isn't 'totally loyal' to Lily on The Show, then what good is he? That is his #1 drawing card, and really the only reason that he should stay around. Having Tyler 'go after' (and that is putting it very mildly) Lily the way that he has been, just reminds me of how effed-up the whole Winters crew is on this Show.

What about Chelsea and the Latino cop? I can't recall his name. The scene they shared on NYE showed promise.

Cane is worthless and should have died. That was Lane's best storyline and acting.

Lily has zero chemistry with Tyler. He's too fine to be wasted on her and I wish there was an attractive woman to chem-test him with. I've only liked Lily with Daniel. CK has very low energy to be featured on television.

I too like Chelsea with Alex(?)the cop! But I would also like to see a chem test with Cheslea\Kyle...personally just my taste.

^^ Blake Hood is so gorgeous but I feel that Kyle has no purpose and wish he hadn't been SORASed. Blake Hood should be in prime time IMO.

Y&R needs more women in that 22-33 age bracket for all of the new men...since all of the new guys seem heterosexual. I'd love it if Mason were written as gay and paired off with a man on the canvas.

You all know that the brass at CBS, Sony, and Y&R actually do pay attention to the message boards and certainly do check in on twitter too. I really wish that they'd get rid of Christel Khalil and recast the role of Lily. We keep harping on it every day and yet nothing gets done!

And I agree with soapbaby that Daniel Goddard should have left the show when his character was "killed off" a couple of years ago only for Daniel to cry and beg his way back on to the show. CBS and Sony wanted him gone and MAB did what they asked but she wrote him back on the show (correct me if I'm wrong about the sequence of events). I just cannot stand Daniel Goddard.............period!

Jayson -- Kevin should be written as bi as soon as possible. It would actually be very entertaining to see Kevin and Chloe, and to see if their relationship could withstand a 3rd wheel, or Chloe wold want a divorce. The biggest draw to this s/l is that Greg Rikaart could actually put his umph behind something he could 'get into', rather than this $hit he has been demanding/requesting the last 5 years (Light, trite s/l's). I would make Kevin's boyfriend Carmine (it would have a greater chance of happening if it was not a legacy character like an Abbott or Newman).

Daniel Goddard is the single worst actor on Y&R. He brings NOTHING. Flush twice it's a long way to Sydney.

I actually wouldn't mind Cane with Chelsea(it's apparent that there's no way the writers are gonna let Chadam happen because they apparently have a hard-on for Shadam); I think DG and MCE would make a great pairing and actually display a little chemistry together(unlike the epic fail of a chem test between DG and Sharon Case a couple of week ago). Of course, rendering Lane null and void for any length of time is sacrilege so I doubt it would last for long.

@Hey mon--it would be interesting if they actually made Kevin at least bi(personally, I'd make him gay cuz he has zero chemistry with any female on the show but that's just me). And Carmine would be a very good pairing; I mean, he already looks like a typical gay gym bunny or one of those open-minded straights serving drinks at a gay bar so I could see him as gay or bi. Still, I think Fen seems to be the character right now that would make the most sense as far as introducing a gay storyline(well, next to Mason, who just screams gay to me but that guy needs some concentrated acting lessons before he's given anything beyond his current two or three lines). Sadly, as much as we throw around the idea of any type of gay s/l on this show I doubt it's ever gonna happen.

I also think a gay story line is about time but also doubt it will be done. From watching past soap opera awards I have a feeling that many of the young soap alumni are fervent Christians and would therefore balk at that requirement of their services.

It's a soap. I know incest is a taboo subject but look what Jonathan & Tammy did for Guiding Light! That story staved off cancellation for a few years
