I was pleasantly surprised, during Friday’s episode of All My Children, to discover how much I enjoyed the scenes between JR (Jacob Young) JR and Annie (Melissa Claire Egan). Young and Egan displayed amazing chemistry as JR tried to seduce his “evil step mother” in an attempt to get leverage on her and throw her out of his family.
After JR’s relationships with Babe 2.0 (Amanda Baker) and that wet blanket Marissa (Brittany Allen), not to mention the drawn out cancer storyline, it’s refreshing to see JR getting his mojo back. Even better is the possibility JR’s scheme could blow up in his face and cause an all out war between him and Annie just as they begin to fight feelings for one another. I say bring it on AMC! What do you guys think?

I have to admit, I have never really been a huge fan of Annie or Melissa Claire Egan as an actress. Perhaps it was the way that they wrote her as a cartoonish one-note villainess, or perhaps it was just the horrible writing that this character has been faced with since coming onto the show, but I simply didn't care one way or the other.
Then they turned her into a whiny MESS, and that made me hate her even more!!!
Now that they are testing her chemistry with JR, which is DEFINITELY there, I am starting to warm up to this character. I have NEVER understood her relationship with Adam, and I have CERTAINLY never understood JR's attraction to that BORING Marissa (can I get a recast AND a personality transplant????) so I am glad that they have finally found a pairing that is both HOT and makes sense!!!
If they decide to put Annie with JR, I might start feeling better about this show's INSISTENCE on showing Annie NINE days a week.

I voted for the last one if it means getting rid of Marrisa all for it and it not the character`s fault it`s the writers they really don`t know what to do with Marrisa or even Colby for that matter . When Marrisa frist came on the show she should have been for Scott anyway but no they had Jr marry his dead wife`s twin sister how sick is that .

I've been feeling these two since before Annie was kissing on Scott and JR married that drip known as Marissa. This is the route the writers should have went a long time ago. JR and Annie are hot together and definitely have that IT factor. JR needs himself a bad girl and Annie has finally met a man to match with her perfectly.

O-M-G, these two are insanely hot together!! Friday's episode, their scenes were just on fire...LOVE them, they would be so great together on AMC. I am glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. JR and Annie could be a powerhouse couple on AMC, and I would love to see the journey to them getting there.
Marissa is the most BORING character in AMC history. Omfg, why is she even still here?! I cannot believe Pratt created this disastorific character, it just blows my mind. It's mainly the actress, who is absolutely DREADFUL. If AMC is going to keep the character, a recast is NEEDED QUICK! My suggestion is to hire back Alexa Havens (ex babe)! She would be perfect, and she lives in LA! Make it happen, AMC!
Back to JR and Annie...I want them together, but I want AMC to take it slow. Have them be raging foes for awhile, fighting the desire to be with each other 24\7. I think these two are gold together.

They are definitely HOT together, they should have went this route in the first place, and I hope they go with it.
I have said it from the beginning that that Marissa and JR have NO chemistry, and if it means getting rid of Marissa then I am for that.
