A judge has thrown out Brian Austin Green’s lawsuit against Vanessa Marcil over unpaid loans. According to TMZ, the judge decided Green waited too long to file the suit over roughly $200,000 in loans.

But today, an L.A. County Superior Court judge ruled ... Green had waited too damn long to pursue legal action against the mother of his 10-year-old son ... and the statute of limitations had run out.

And it gets worse for Brian ... 'cause the judge also told Marcil she can seek monetary sanctions from Green for what her lawyers called a "frivolous" lawsuit.

General Hospital fan favorite Vanessa Marcil is gearing up for her return to television. The actress announced on Twitter she has landed a guest starring role on Hawaii 5-0. Marcil Giovinazzo tweeted:

Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzo and Maurice Benard came together for the East Coast launch of Giovinazzo’s children’s clothing line Baby Gagoo on August 4 in Staten Island, NY. The event featured a fashion show of original designs for the Baby Gagoo 4 Kids and Baby Gagoo 4 Newborns clothing lines.
