Thorsten Kaye Returns to AMC; Will Zendall Reunite?

Good news for fans of All My Children’s Thorsten Kaye. According to Soap Opera Digest, the ABC soap has asked Kaye to return to the soap opera. But does Kaye’s return mean that Zendall will reunite? According to ABC Soaps in Depth, whether-or-not Zendall reunites is still in question to be answered.

Thorsten Kaye -- who exited the soap last year when his alter ego's plane went down -- is returning to help wrap up AMC's final months. Alicia Minshew on The Possible End of AMC's Zendall: "Before There Was Zach, Kendall Was Fine on Her Own"

Alicia Minshew addressed fans concerns over long time leading man Thorsten Kaye's status at All My Children in the latest issue of CBS Soaps in Depth.

"Zach and Kendall have been Zach and Kendall for five years so [fans are] used to that, but I sort of have to remind them that before there was Zach, Kendall was fine on her own."

The Vivian Leigh doppelganger went on to gently remind fans of Kendall's past romances with Ryan (Cameron Mathison) and tryst with JR (Jacob Young) in an effort to assure them that their girl would be okay if Kaye opts not to continue appearing on the West Coast-based sudser.  Personally, I am just ITCHIN' for AMC to bring back Kendall's gothic, Hungarian first love Anton Marick. Just think of say, Antonio Sabato Jr. or Tom Pelphrey opposite Minshew as Anton, who returns to Pine Valley to reclaim Wildwind and Kendall's wild heart!

Thorsten Kaye Returns to AMC This Fall

According to ABC Soaps In Depth Thorsten Kaye is returning to All My Children as Zach Slater on October 22 and will be around for most of October and November. Let’s hope Zach isn’t used to pimp Rylee the way Kendall (Alicia Minshew) has been since her return.
