Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) confronted Bill (Don Diamont) about Katie. She demanded to know what he’d done to make Katie (Heather Tom) so upset. Brooke's blood pressure went through the roof when she found out Bill was responsible for getting Deacon (Sean Kanan) out of jail!

Break out your hankies, kids. The moment The Bold and the Beautiful fans have been dreading is finally happening. Susan Flannery will take her final bow as overprotective fashion matriarch Stephanie Forrester this December. Showrunner Brad Bell spoke with TV Guide’s Michael Logan about how he's writing out the legendary actress and character.
TV Guide Magazine: Was it always the plan to use Stephanie's lung cancer as a way to write Susan off the show?
Bell: Susan has been talking about leaving us for a while now, but I knew that I could go into the cancer plot and come out of it two ways. Stephanie could survive it, or we could take the story to an unfortunate end. We will try to do justice to the disease itself, playing it honestly and accurately, but the primary goal is to honor both Susan and Stephanie and to give anyone who watches something beautiful to keep with them for a long time to come.

Sami (Alison Sweeney) wanted to give Will (Chandler Massey) a present, but his first reaction was to wonder what his mother has up her sleeve. Will told his mother if she wanted to get back together with EJ he’d root for her.
'Bold' BOMBSHELLS: Ronn Moss Refused to Take "Significant Pay Cut"? Susan Flannery Thinks Writers Focusing Too Much on Younger Characters?

The real deal Holyfield is starting to trickle out about why Ronn Moss (Ridge) and Susan Flannery (Stephanie) are leaving The Bold and the Beautiful after 25 years. A pair of articles in the Sept. 3 issue of Soap Opera Digest reveal there's a whole lot more going on than stopped clocks and proper farewell storylines at the House of Bell!
According to Digest's moles, Moss was asked to take a "significant pay cut". Meanwhile, a source told the magazine of Flannery:
"Susan adores the younger actors and really believes they are doing a great job, but she thinks the writers are focusing too much on those characters," says a source. "She had a conversation with Brad [Bell, executive producer/head writer]. It will be interesting to see if any of her words made an impression with him." READ MORE
