How did The Young and the Restless cast feel about Victor (Eric Braeden) and Sharon's (Sharon Case) marriage? In an interview with The Province, Michael Muhney revealed it was treated as an "inside joke".
“It saddens me that when you summarize the storyline, the show and some of its recent past sounds like cartoonish passions,” Muhney says. “I don’t think half of those stories needed to happen. I wouldn’t have gone that far in the writing with the baby issue. The Victor and Sharon marriage was almost like an inside joke.”
Adam (Michael Muhney) visited Jack (Peter Bergman) and demanded to know when he planned to make his move against Victor (Eric Braeden). Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor were trying to figure out the same thing. Adam advised Jack to throw out his entire family once he gained control of Newman Enterprises, because not a single one of them were on “Team Jack.”
Adam returned home, where Kevin (Greg Rikaart), Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) were waiting for him to join the Tag and Grab meeting. After learning about the loss of the baby, Kevin and Chloe said they would reschedule the meeting. Adam continued down his darkening path. It was very obvious he is not taking the news well. When Nick arrived to call Phyllis out, she countered by screaming about how alone she was. Ronan, unlike her husband, had been there for her. Where in the wedding vows does it say "I promise to be totally understanding when it comes out that my wife tried to kill two people 20 years ago"?
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) put a dimmer on their afterglow, by telling a still-sweating Ronan (Jeff Branson) their tryst was a mistake on today's episode of The Young and the Restless. Later, they questioned Kevin (Greg Rikaart) about the possibility of Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) blabbing their secrets. Meanwhile, Cricket (Lauralee Bell) and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) were putting things together, regarding the night Kev helped Red move her dead, horny, ex-shrink's body.
A desperate Sharon (Sharon Case) pleaded with Avery (Jessica Collins) to get Victor (Eric Braeden) to drop the charges. Little did Sharon know, Tucker (Stephen Nichols) was offering up Beauty of Nature in exchange for her freedom. READ MORE
