The aftermath of the honey fiasco was quite silly really. Pam told Stephanie that she’d been behind Donna’s gunging, but denied it to Donna, Eric and Ridge. She resigned from Forrester Creations before she could be fired, and later in the week went for a job interview at Jackie M. Hilarity ensued. (Note to B&B writers, CCed to Alley Mills: a little campiness goes a long way.) She talked about her brain tumor, she offered them lemon bars and she got the job. That probably means more Pam hi-jinks with wild animals, honey, or both, very soon.

Katie took on damage control for Forrester. Bill convinced her to have a “business dinner” with him, on the understanding that she’d put forward a case to keep the Donna-drenched-in-honey pictures off the front page. Bill made it clear that he wanted to take Eric down and get control of Forrester. She was intrigued by him and wanted to dig deeper. He was drawn to her, but warned her off getting too close. This is the stuff I love - finally, some sparks on B&B. There was a moment I thought they were gonna get fresh on his office desk. Ridge is like a drug, Brooke will need to go through major withdrawals if she wants a chance alone.

Nope! There is nothing Brooke can do, she can't survive without Ridge.

Nick and Bridget honeymooned in Hawaii, but Jackie and Owen kept them awake with their red hot monkey love in the next room. Initially, both couples had no idea the other was there. Bridget and Owen were the first to realise what was going on, and subsequently tried to keep the oldsters from finding out. What followed were hilarious hi jinks B&B style (i.e. pretty lame comedy). The youngsters kept smooching their partners to stop the oldsters catching a glimpse of the other couple, or dragging their partners into their respective bedrooms. The rest of Nick and Bridget’s honeymoon revolved around him being a grouch about one thing or another.

Owen and Jackie were much more fun. Who doesn’t enjoy watching the Jackster get her cougar on? Lesley-Anne Down sparkles and Brandon Beemer has come alive opposite her. By the end of the week, Bridget fessed up to Nick, realising Owen and Jackie planned to marry. Nick threw another mantrum and raced to the beach to try and prevent the wedding. Tough luck... they’d already said their vows and were driving off as he arrived. So, he’ll probably spend all next week being a grumpy old curmudgeon again. READ MORE
