Ricky Paull Goldin
I wonder why Alison (Princess Theodora) went old school with the camera she used to snap a pic of Maya (Karla Mosley) violating her parole with Jesse (Ricky Paull Goldin)? What, Spencer Publications can't spring for an iPhone?
Jesse told Maya (Karla Mosley) they should grab their daughter and get out of town. Maya broke the news their daughter had died in a car crash. Maya told her baby daddy they simply couldn't be together. READ MORE
Steffy, (Jacqueline MacInness Wood) still groggy and out of it, doesn’t seem to recall much of anything, not hopping on her motorcycle, not being married to Liam (Scott Clifton) and most certainly not being with child.
She did, however, want to know just how bad she was going to look in a bikini. Just where are we going with this?
Dr. Meade (Jon Hensley) told Liam he was going to call Bill (Don Diamont) and alert him to what had happened. I get that Dr. Meade has history with the family, but why is he taking it upon himself to call Bill? When he did call Bill, he claimed Liam asked him to. No he didn’t, Dr. Meade! Is this all just plot points to get Hensley more screen time, because there are much better ways.
Meade tried to tell Bill about Steffy losing the baby, but Bill was more concerned with getting to his son. Why is this doctor sharing information about his patient? Ever hear of confidentiality? READ MORE
A devastated Liam (Scott Clifton) begged Dr. Meade (Jon Hensley) to tell him if the baby was okay. Dr. Meade informed him Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) took a hard hit in the accident. He was pretty confident the baby didn’t survive the impact of the accident, because they couldn't find a heartbeat. Dr. Meade told Liam he would call Taylor, (Hunter Tylo) and I wanted Liam to call Bill (Don Diamont). I felt awful for Liam, just awful. READ MORE
I’m sorry, but whose idea was it for a pregnant lady to ride a motorcycle? I briefly had the thought of Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) crashing, as she came down the aisle on her wedding day, but apparently I was just clairvoyant. Poor Liam (Scott Clifton) just wanted some ribs, and instead his wife got T-boned.
Bill (Don Diamont) has become Uncle of the year to Caroline, (Linsey Godfrey) and I can’t help but wonder if the true Spencer in Caroline is working her Uncle by sobbing on his shoulder. Alison gave Bill more dirt on Maya (Karla Mosley), and she reminded me and everyone else Ricky Paull Goldin is headed to The Bold and the Beautiful . I almost felt like I was watching another show on another network with how long it took for him to pop up on screen. Even then, it was only a picture. It’s not above Bill to bring someone to town, felon or not. READ MORE
Former Guiding Light star Karla Mosley is enjoying some time on the front burner as troubled-yet-earnest Maya Avant on CBS Daytime's The Bold and the Beautiful. In the April 8 issue of Soap Opera Digest, the starlet offered up some insight into her character. Said Mosley:
"Maya is a force of nature," she enthuses. "She's got a lot of dreams, but she's naive in a lot of ways. She's very trusting, or she has been, and what I'm learning about her life is her Achilles' heel is these men who come into her life. She falls in love easily and she often gets burned. She's had this absolute train wreck of occurences over the past few years. Now, she's picking up the pieces of her life again."
Former Another World, The Young and the Restless, Guiding Light and All My Children star Ricky Paull Goldin is coming back to daytime television. TV Guide Magazine’s Michael Logan is reporting Goldin has landed a role on The Bold and The Beautiful. Goldin will play Jesse, Maya’s (Karla Mosley) bad news ex-boyfriend and the father of her baby.
According to the magazine, Jesse won't be thrilled to see his former love getting close with Rick (Jacob Young). What made Goldin take the job? The actor stated:
"I've pretty much put acting on hold but when the Bell family asks you to do a role, it's not that easy to say no!" Goldin tells us. "I worked for them many years ago on The Young and the Restless and it was a wonderful experience. I'm so honored to be back with them."
