Fitness guru Richard Simmons made a hilarious return to General Hospital for its 50th anniversary, including “coming out of the closet,” but what has been one of the keys to his successful physical fitness career? The Huffington Post caught up with Simmons after TEDMED 2013 and revealed five things they learned from him.
5. His best advice for getting started on your weight-loss goals: Take inventory of your life. He encourages people to make a list of priorities, and to figure out what they want to do with their lives. "Find out if there's a passion you want to do, or how much you want to lose ... then make a plan and stick to it."
