Popular General Hospital alum Rena Sofer is heading back to a highly-fictionalized version of Southern California. No, she won't be dressing up as a deranged cheerleader on Melrose Place again! Former General Hospital star and perennial primetime guest actress Rena Sofer (ex-Lois Cerullo) has landed another role. According to TV Guide, ABC’s Once Upon a Time has cast Sofer as Snow’s (Ginnifer Goodwin) mother, Queen Eva.

TVLine is reporting General Hospital alums Rena Sofer and Ignacio Serricchio have snagged roles on USA Network's smash hit Covert Affairs. Sofer will play Gina, Arthur's (Peter Gallagher) ex-wife, who lends him a shoulder to lean on. Sofer will make several appearances on a recurring basis. No word on her first airdate. Serricchio will portray a member of the Italian AISE who is needed for an exchange of a CIA operative being held captive. Serricchio's episode is slated to air June 14. Covert Affairs returns on June 7 at 10 PM EST.

Oh boy-oh-boy-oh-boy, I am dancing around my living room as a remix of the Knots Landing theme song, that samples the 90's General Hospital opener plays in my head. (Note to self: Next time, only one Paxil...) TV Guide.com's Matt Mitovich is reporting  Rena Sofer (ex-Lois, GH) and Donna Mills (ex-Abby, KL) will be appearing on the Nov. 26 episode of TV's most underrated primetime sudser, Dirty Sexy Money.

Sofer will play a nosy reporter trying to dig up dirt on the Darlings, while Mills will play a socialte. I'm sure Sofer will fit in just fine, considering she had plenty of practice dealing with those eccentric millionaires the Sopranos, I mean, Quartermaines on General Hospital. Samaire Armstrong, who was cut from the cast last season, will also reprise her art-imitating-life-role as troubled Darling party girl Juliet.
