Did The Young and The Restless' Eric Braeden Throw SHADE at TV Son Michael Muhney on Twitter?!

What in the fee-fi-fo-f*** is going on behind-the-scenes at The Young and the Restless these days? Whatever it is, it keeps finding its way on Twitter!

We knew when the always outspoken Eric Braeden (Victor) joined the social media site (Thanks, Chubster for the head's up!) it wouldn't take long for some ish to go down. Following a tweet from TV son Michael Muhney (Adam) about how insulting it was to "the actors & the audience" that TGVN was once again presumed dead, Braeden went IN!

Here's the tweet from Muhney:

Braeden retorted:

There's a Fox in The Newman Hen House on Young and Restless

Those silly Newman kids, did they learned nothing from their daddy? Okay, so Adam (Michael Muhney) grew up away from Victor (Eric Braeden), mucking the stalls on Hope's (Signey Coleman) farm; what are Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nick's (Joshua Morrow) excuses? They didn't spend all that much time in those Swiss boarding schools, especially given SORASing!

The Newmans convene a secret meeting of the board (which includes some dayplayers who can't act), and don't realize they're inviting Sharon's (Sharon Case) puppet master right into their midst. You know, I'm starting to dig ol' Tucker (Stephen Nichols)...Watch a preview of today's episode of The Young and the Restless below!

Hot or Not: Sharon and Tucker on The Young and the Restless?

Billionaire Tucker McCall (Stephen Nichols) is the latest white knight to ride in and save Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) from herself on The Young and the Restless. Granted, Genoa City's answer to Sir Richard Branson has ulterior motives, but there's no denying the two share at least a little chemistry.

I don’t know if this pairing has an official squish name, but I can’t help but chuckle at the possibility of Shucker or Shucks. Sigh. Why do I still have such a soft spot for this slippery, klepto ho?

Do you think Sharon and Tucker are hot?

Wishful Casting: Hollywood Heights' Robert Adamson as Noah Newman on The Young and the Restless

Kevin G. Schmidt has all but revealed The Young and the Restless is recasting his role yet again. While I hate to see anyone lose a gig, I can't help but think about all the possibilities an edgier Noah Newman would provide the series.

I think new Y&R executive producer Jill Farren Phelps should look no further than the cast of her fun, limited-run, Nick-at-Nite sudser Hollywood Heights to fill the role of the Newman heir. While the younger-skewing Hollywood Heights boasts several talented, hunky, young guys who would potentially fit well in Genoa City, my money is on Robert Adamson.

Adamson plays sexy, rule-breaker Phil Sanders on the English-language telenovela. In case the above pictures don't illustrate the point well enough, Adamson could almost be a younger doppelganger for Joshua Morrow, who plays Noah's dad Nick Newman on Y&R.

Imagine Adamson's version of Noah clashing with his dad — who decides it's time Noah gave up his musical pipe dreams and came to work for Newman Enterprises. Meanwhile, a rebellious Noah turns to his Uncle Adam (Michael Muhney) for the funds to keep his and Devon's (Bryton James) desires of becoming the next Timberlake and Timbaland a reality.

Michael Muhney on Young and Restless Character: "Adam is Just About The Most Humbled, Earnest Person in Genoa City"

Adam Newman (Michael Muhney) may not be seeing any evil on The Young and the Restless these days, but he's going to get an earful of it next week when his loved ones learn he helped Patty (Stacy Haiduk) escape from the nuthouse last year! In an article in this week's issue of Soap Opera Digest, Muhney reveals how the late Hope's (Signy Coleman) wayward lad plans to make good on his promise to change for the better:

"Adam is just about the most humbled, earnest person in Genoa City," declares his portrayer, Michael Muhney. "He knows he can't go back in time and erase what he's done, but for now, his determination to be a better person is real." READ MORE
