Melissa Claire Egan to Reunite With AMC 'Brother' on Young and Restless


*Oda Mae Brown Voice* Melissa Claire Egan, you in danger girl! Entertainment Weekly is reporting the All My Children star has landed a contract role with The Young and the Restless. Egan will play Chelsea, a woman who is also linked to Billy's (Billy Miller) arrest in Myanmar. Egan's first episode is slated for Nov. 11. 

Y&R And AMC Stars Support The Art of Elysium

Former The Young and the Restless’ star Thom Bierdz and All My Children’s Chrishell Stause and Melissa Claire Egan were among the stars who popped up at The Art of Elysium Celebrates Return of Ford Mustang Boss on June 9. Egan, Collins and Bassey Return to All My Children

Even more good news for All My Children fans hoping to see the return of familiar faces to Pine Valley before the soap goes off the air. According to TV Guide, Melissa Claire Egan, Kate Collins and Jennifer Bassey will be reprising their roles as Annie Chandler, Janet “From Another Planet” Green and Marian Colby the week of July 25. Reportedly, the three characters–currently confined in Oak Haven–will break out of the facility and return to Pine Valley.

According to Soap Opera Digest, All My Children starlet Melissa Claire Egan's last airdate as Annie Lavery Chandler will be March 21st. The actress released a statement dispelling rumors that she taped her last scenes in early January.

People are saying that I taped my last scenes on January 11; I don't know where that came from. For the record, I'm not done yet! I'm still working this week
