It's back to the pokey with Big Bertha for Lindsay Lohan. TMZ is reporting the actress was sentenced to 30 days in jail for her parole violation. Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to surrender to the Los Angeles Sherrif's department no later than Nov 9. Sautner also told the troubled star was not going to receive house arrest or early release. Ouch.

TMZ is reporting Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail after she was sentenced to 120 days in the slammer for violating her probation. Judge Stephanie Saunter said Lohan should have contacted the store once she realized she was in possession of the necklace. The judge stated the actress only came forward with her excuse after she heard the police were coming with a search warrant. READ MORE

As Lindsay Lohan's trial heats up today, her friend Patrick is insisting that he was not a decoy when Lohan allegedly stole from an LA jewelry store. According to TMZ Lindsay's bestie says he was just talking about fashion with the store owner, and had no idea that anything underhanded was occurring. TMZ is reporting surveillance cameras at Kamofie & Company may actually back up Lindsay Lohan's story about the day she allegedly stole a $2500 necklace. According to sources of the celebrity news website, the audio-less tape shows Lohan trying on the necklace, chatting with the store manager, and wearing the necklace for almost an hour while she was in the store. If this is all true, it would seem to support Lohan's story that she didn't intend to steal the necklace.
