Can an expert killer get away with covering up Claudia's murder? Not if James Franco has anything to say about it. Watch the new General Hospital trailer featuring the movie star after the jump. READ MORE
General Hospital show runner Jill Farren Phelps sat down with the Wall Street Journal to discuss James Franco's upcoming stint on the show.
We know his character is named Franco and he’s a pain in the side of Jason (Steve Burton). What else can you tell us?
He’s an unusual character and he has an unusual goal. We’re not saying anything about what he’s doing because we want people to tune in, obviously. Unlike other times when we try to grab people, we think James is enough of a hook. He interacts with a lot of characters, but his primary story arc has to do with Jason.
How are you billing him — guest star?
Yes. A special guest star. If I could, I would have said extremely special movie star guest star. Just kidding.
Phelps also talked about listening to the fans on their critiques of the ABC's eldest sudser. READ MORE
Here’s the Scoop!
If you follow me on Twitter, I’ve tweeted a couple episodes of General Hospital as well as some primetime shows. GH has been fantastic, so most of my tweets were positive although, you all know me by now ,and know that a little sarcasm must come out!
For example, when Michael and Sonny were returning to Greystone, I tweeted: Awwww... father-son convo on how it'll feel a few days after your first kill. When GH dropped the obvious ball and left Lulu in her wet clothes in the ER I asked: Shouldn't they take Lulu out of her wet clothes? I mean I’m no M.D., but I would think the first thing would be to get the patient out of her very wet and cold threads. Right? Carly’s truth-telling to Jax was a shock that earned: WOW Carly is telling Jax the truth? That's a twist. I kinda like it. Carly rarely tells the truth and when she does, it must be noted. Plus, major KUDOS to Laura Wright who turned in another fine performance. I actually felt Carly's anguish over what telling the truth meant for Michael. READ MORE

Here’s the Scoop! 10.02.09
I dropped a few comments on things this AM. One being that Rachel Ames aka Audrey Webber is set to come out of retirement to help her granddaughter Elizabeth out of jam. Is the jam Helena created? Was that the big return? No, Audrey has been living off camera ever since Ames retired. It’s been RUMORED a few times that Audrey would be popping back into PC with some fans even campaigning for the character’s death. A little morbid IMO to campaign for a longtime character’s death but hey to each their own. An Audrey appearance, Jonathan Jackson’s return and an affair with her ex’s brother… looks like Elizabeth Webber is off the backburner. Thankfully she wasn’t there too long. I know, I know, my fan affiliation is showing but then again, I’ve never tried to hide it. READ MORE

How crazy is this whole James Franco to GH thing? I've never wanted to play a mafia princess so much in my life!
Now there's an Imaginary Bitches epsiode, "Imaginary Mafia Princess!"
