Steven Lars Webber, M.D. may not have been fatally shish kabobed by his mama on General Hospital, but Scott Reeves' previous soap character, randy cosmetics exec Ryan McNeil, died at the altar on The Young and the Restless way back in 2001. Instead of Ryan being able to successfully re-marry heiress Victoria Newman (then Heather Tom), his unstable ex, Tricia Dennison (Sabryn Genet) busted a life-draining cap in that ass. That little factoid hasn't stopped chatter about Reeves potentially returning to Y&R, where his BFF Steve Burton now appears as Dylan McAvoy.
In the March 18 issue of ABC Soaps In Depth, Reeves responded to the magazine's inquiry about a possible Genoa City return trip, saying:
"I would definitely consider it."

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is back in L.A., while Taylor (Hunter Tylo) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) wax poetic about their daughter’s relationships with Liam (Scott Clifton). Yep, nothing has changed. After all this talk about Liam having sex with Hope (Kim Matula) and Steffy I’m surprised Taylor and/or Brooke hasn’t tried jumping his bones.
Bill (Don Dimaont) loved it when Katie (Heather Tom) showed up scantily clad. The two made love, but their afterglow wasn't complete until they too discussed Steffy/Liam/Hope.

Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) organized a romantic evening at the cottage for Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont), so they could focus on one another. Brooke left, but when she returned to the main house, she discovered Taylor (Hunter Tylo) there. While Katie was out of the room getting their plates, Bill took a drink. Bill (Don Diamont) wasn’t happy to discover Katie (Heather Tom) had sent his single malt scotch on a “little vacation”, along with his other booze. Katie told him the last thing he needed was fewer inhibitions, because he needed to cling to the last few he had. Katie and Bill’s relationship is one of the few bright spots on The Bold and the Beautiful; even if Bill’s instant “alcoholism” doesn’t make a shot glass full of sense. READ MORE

No. 10: Erika Slezak, One Life to Live
She only had a few precious weeks to entertain us in 2012, as One Life to Live ended its network television run early last January. Erika Slezak definitely made the most of her time. As Viki Lord dealt with the return of one of her deadliest foes, Alison Perkins (Barbara Garrick), and admitted that she still loved ex-husband Clint Buchanan (Jerry verDorn), Slezak displayed the same above reproach acting chops that made her a Daytime Emmy darling.
The woman who gave us Niki Smith also proved she could still be quite hilarious, portraying a highly-reactionary foreign maid during the Fraternity Row soap-within-a-soap arc. With OLTL possibly returning, we just might be putting Slezak on our "Best" lists for years to come.
