Villy Plots to Take on Victor, Jack and Adam on The Young and the Restless

After Billy (Billy Miller) left, Adam (Michael Muhney) ranted about his new task of having to take out Billy at Newman Enterprises. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) immediately told him she’d had enough, and demanded to know when they’d be able to separate him from the hustle and bustle of Genoa City.
At Villy’s house, Billy and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) discussed how they were going to save Newman from Adam, and return control of Newman and Jabot to Victor (Eric Braeden) and Jack (Peter Bergman) respectively. We're sure the brass at The Young and the Restless hoped pairing uptight, buppie Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) with another sassy, sistah from the streets would generate the same kind of heat Neil's relationship with street urchin-turned-fashionista Drucilla Barber (Victoria Rowell) accomplished in the 90's. It didn't.
Man, was it painful to watch two popular, talented soap stars like St. John as Debbi Morgan—as promiscuous, recovering crackhead Harmony— attempt to manufacture chemistry where there obviously wasn't any to be found.

Veteran soap star Mark Pinter is heading to Genoa City. TV Guide's Michael Logan is reporting Pinter, best known as Grant Harrison on NBC's defunct soap Another World, has landed a juicy role on The Young and the Restless. According to the magazine, Pinter will play Marcus Wheeler, who is described as:
a powerful and sophisticated congressman involved with Victor [Eric Braeden] and Jack [Peter Bergman], who will go to any lengths to protect his image and career. READ MORE

Victoria Goes Crying to Victor on The Young and the Restless

Victor also told Nick he was disappointed in him for bowing out of the fight for Newman. Nick pointed out that he was disappointed in his father too. Victor ended the conversation by telling Nick there was nothing left to discuss.
