Bill (Don Diamont) wasn’t happy to discover Katie (Heather Tom) had sent his single malt scotch on a “little vacation”, along with his other booze. Katie told him the last thing he needed was fewer inhibitions, because he needed to cling to the last few he had. Katie and Bill’s relationship is one of the few bright spots on The Bold and the Beautiful; even if Bill’s instant “alcoholism” doesn’t make a shot glass full of sense. READ MORE
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) told Hope (Kim Matula) she was glad that everything was out in the open about Bill (Don Diamont). When Steffy asked where Liam (Scott Clifton) was, Hope said he’d gone to confront his father. Hope told Steffy that she and Liam wouldn’t even be together if it wasn’t for Bill’s interference.
At the Spencer mansion, Bill made a speech about how the pain he felt was nothing in comparison to the pain he felt when Liam said he didn’t want him to be in his life. Bill told Liam that he couldn’t throw away their relationship. I don’t understand how Liam, after everything he now knows his father has done, didn’t just laugh in Bill’s face when he stabbed himself. This is one of the stupidest things we’ve seen on soaps since Passions was still on the air. READ MORE
Daytime Confidential’s Jamey Giddens is right; Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) instant drinking problem is contrived, lazy and out of nowhere. Everytime a character brings up Dollar Bill's "problem with alcohol", I just roll my eyes. This subplot came out of left field — much like Bill's decision to stab himself with Liam's (Scott Clifton) miniature sword necklace charm. READ MORE
I have to hand it to Kim Matula; she did an excellent job today conveying Hope’s pain, anger and confusion when hit with one betrayal after another on Tuesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful.
First, she confronted Bill (Don Diamont) about Deacon (Sean Kanan), the roadblocks at her Italian wedding, the note and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in Liam’s (Scott Clifton) room. Then, she discovered her aunt Katie (Heather Tom) knew about it as well, and had went into labor when she learned the truth. Finally, Hope was rocked by the betrayal of her mother Brooke, who had also kept the secret from her.
Hope demanded to know why no one told her the truth. Brooke tried to explain she was unsure of what to do with the information. READ MORE

Hope (Kim Matula) recounted to Dayzee (Kristolyn Lloyd) how she confronted Bill (Don Diamont) about his manipulation of her relationship with his son Liam (Scott Clifton). Dayzee quickly told Hope she thought she was right about her relationship being sabotaged. Hope, the brilliant girl that she is, quickly put the pieces of Bill’s master puzzle together, and rushed off to confront her almost father-in-law.
