RadarOnline is reporting Dina Lohan, mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, had a bit of drama at a Carvel Ice Cream store on Wednesday. Lohan was at the store to purchase a birthday cake for her youngest child Cody. According to the report, when Lohan prepared to complete the sale, she attempted to use a Carvel 'Black", an exclusive card for select customers which entitles them to free ice cream for 75 years, and reportedly had the card taken from her. Said Lohan:

The shop assistant said, ‘Do you have I.D.?' Dina said. Next minute he he grabbed my arm and took my card and held it hostage and wouldn’t give me the cake!

 

Dina alleges the store called the police on her. She maintains the entire Lohan clan all have the Carvel cards and she accidentally grabbed youngest daugher Ali's by mistake. Carvel's side of the story differs from Lohan.:

Who knew having Anderson Cooper fill in for Regis Philbin on Live With Regis and Kelly with Kelly Ripa would or could turn into a full blown media slugfest?

Cooper, who regularily fills in for Philbin was visiting with Ripa about Ali Lohan's apiring "career" and made some comments about Ali and her mother Dina Lohan that could be considered less than complimentary by the Lohan clan. Never one to pass up the opportunity to talk to a celebrity mag, mamma lion Lohan fired back through Ok Magazine telling them that "People are just cruel! This is bad karma for him."
