Days of Our Lives' William Reed Roberts Horton (Chandler Massey) might not have had time to buy pink cigars—what with having caught a bullet, while trying to rescue his homophobic cousin/rival Nick Fallon (Blake Berris) from his prison rapist—so I figured we would take a little time out to properly salute soaps' most heroic daddy of the moment and his new bundle of joy.  

Ah yes, what a wonderful future little Arianna Grace has waiting for her in Salem, U.S.A. We predict at least two custody battles, no less than three SORASings, a Sweeps-period attempted murder of one or more step-parent by the lil' dumpling, only for Ari. G to have her very own out-of-wedlock teen pregnancy storyline circa 2020.

By this point, the no doubt insanely-popular actress playing Arianna Grace, will leave the serial for a lead role in ABC Family's latest hit drama, Nasty Little Harlots. I will of course do a Wishful Casting, suggesting DAYS do whatever it takes to snatch General Hospital's Brooklyn Rae Silzer away from ABC.

Oh, you didn't know Brookie will be in intense contract negotiations to continue on as triplets Emma, Jemma and Karema Drake by that point? You so need better sources.

Thursday’s Days of Our Lives featured some very touching scenes with Sonny (Freddie Smith) at Will’s (Chandler Massey) bedside. Sonny professed his love for Will, as Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) watched silently in the background. 

I’m on the record as not being the biggest fan of the Will and Sonny pairing, because I find them boring. However, I must admit those were really good scenes. While I doubt they will ever be one of my favorite Days of Our Lives couples, I can respect the relationship they are building. READ MORE

Hope (Kristian Alfonso) burst into the cabin and capped Jensen’s (Derek Magyar) ass like a five-year old playing Duck Hunt at Chuck E. Cheese. Nick (Blake Berris) immediately told Hope that Will (Chandler Massey) had been shot.

Sami (Alison Sweeney) accused Kate (Lauren Koslow) of putting Rafe (Galen Gering) in a coma. A furious Kate hauled off and slapped Sami. Sami then realized Kate had fallen in love with Rafe, and began to taunt her long-time nemesis.

Gabi (Camila Banus) demanded to know why her baby wasn’t crying. Sonny (Freddie Smith) didn’t know, because he had no idea what he was doing. Sonny began swatting the baby’s butt, which caused it to start crying. READ MORE

Rafe (Galen Gering) warned Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) that Nick (Blake Berris) and Gabi (Camila Banus) were getting married the next day. After they separated, Lucas bumped into Sami (Alison Sweeney), who revealed she and EJ (James Scott) had a plan.

Will’s (Chandler Massey) parents decided to break into Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) office, and the Salem P.D's evidence room. They wanted to get their hands on the incriminating dirt connected to EJ's shooting. Of course, Rafe returned to the station, interrupting their hilarious caper. Luckily the ex-spouses were able to hide before the cop spotted them.

Lucas: “When did you put on weight?”

Sami: “The same time you stopped working out.”

After Rafe left the evidence room he realized he recognized the scent. Will Sami and Lucas get caught?

Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) ripped into Victor (John Aniston) about the Kiriakis mansion not being child safe. Their argument turned from her desire for better cleaning products, to the chaos she’d caused  Victor’s family over the years.

By the time it was over, Victor had ordered Chloe to move out. Of course, this was exactly the result Chloe had hoped for. Chloe quickly zipped across town to Daniel’s (Shawn Christian), to manipulate him into letting her and Parker move in. READ MORE
