On the heels of her talk show's cancellation, Bethenny Frankel is speaking out about the program being axed. Frankel penned an open letter on her website, voicing her opinions as to why she felt her self-titled show was doomed. Frankel wrote:
In order to have the freedom to create a talk show, there are required elements that the job entails. This is the part that I didn't enjoy so much and that wasn't authentic to me. In addition, I tend to be quite inappropriate which may not be suitable for daytime television or for the suits that run network television nationwide. READ MORE
Unlike my time on Bravo, I felt a bit diluted, filtered and somewhat constricted. I am a free spirit. My late father (a horse trainer) used to say "She is a mustang. You need to let her run." I am more comfortable in my natural surroundings and in a setting where I'm surrounded by crazy, where anything goes and where I can be authentically me. When interviewed about the show, I always said that it could only work if I was true to myself and only if it was genuinely a good fit and marriage which it turned out not to be.
Another talk show bites the dust. Bethenny Frankel’s self-titled talk show is getting the axe.
Telepictures made the decision to cancel the Bethenny Ever After star’s chatfest before it reached its second season. Frankel said in a released statement,
My entire staff worked so hard and made everyday so much fun. I am thankful for the experience and for all my fans who tuned in every day.” READ MORE
Andrea Mordarski thought she was simply taking her family to New York to meet her fave talk show host Bethenny Frankel. The wife of a Ft. Drum soldier, currently stationed in Afghanistan, had written Frankel asking her to videotape a message for her husband Matthew, a big fan of Bethenny.
The Mordarski's definitely got more than they were asking for, when Frankel's producers staged a video reunion for the couple and their kids. JCPenney also provided Andrea with a check for $10,000. If this story doesn't get you in the Christmas spirit, I don't know what will. Watch the emotional clips from today's episode of Bethenny after the jump!
If you've ever looked out onto a country field and said to yourself, "My, that donkey sure has a nice ass!", well then you're in luck. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is aiming to teach the world how to achieve a donkey booty. To think, that silly Mother Teresa was only concerned with feeding and clothing the masses.
The controversial reality star stops by Bethenny on Monday to promote her new workout routine. Look for the Bravo-lebrities to also get knee deep in dish about this season of trifling shenanigans and vapid, rachet behavior in the Peach City. What hath Donald Trump wrought? Fellow Apprentice she-wolves Omarosa Manigault and Bethenny Frankel had a tense reunion Wednesday on Frankel's self-titled talk show.
The fun began when Manigault essentially called Frankel mediocre on the woman's own talk show! To be fair, Frankel did start this war of words back in 2010, by saying she couldn't be compared to Manigault, because Frankel had built a "real career" from reality TV stardom.
