CBS and The Bold and the Beautiful came out victoriously against Time Square's Naked Cowboy. Bloomberg reports, a New York federal judge kicked out a trademark-infringement case filed by Robert Burck, aka The Naked Cowboy. Burck is known for performing in cowboy boots, tighty whitey undies, a guitar and cowboy hat in NYC's famous mecca.  Burck claimed CBS breached his trademark by having  B&B's Oliver (Zack Conroy) appear on the sudser singing with a guitar and being clad in just a cowboy hat, boots and his underwear. As for Johnny and Olivia, I was a little icked out when I first heard the rumor that they might be hooking up, but watching it play out, they were kind of hot together, even though they were both drunk as skunks. I wonder how Claudia and Sonny will react to it. In fact, I want to see Claudia's head explode since she hates Olivia.

Thanks to everyone who reminded me that Patrick and Holly met in the Markham Islands/post-monkey virus storyline. Although I didn't remember them parting as friends, her showing up at his house and expecting him to put her up was a bit much. He explained it to Matt that she's Robin's ex-stepmother, which also made sense, but when Holly first showed up on Patrick's doorstep, I didn't get the feeling she was looking for Robin. What did Rick Hearst do to deserve this? Talk about totally decimating a character beyond recognition or redemption. To me Ric has always sort of straddled the fence between dark and light, where he had moments of darkness (panic room) that could be explained away, then moments of brightness (early Rexis). Now they seem to have channeled whatever evil they were writing for Trevor into Ric and I'm not liking it. As a giant Ric fan, it just gets harder and harder to justify it to myself.

Anyone else grossed out by the possibility that Claudia didn't shower between Ric and Sonny? Granted, nothing ended up happening with Sonny, but it would have if Jason hadn't shown up and I was getting more and more grossed out as Claudia was climbing all over Sonny. READ MORE

Bailey Chase's (f. Chris Hughes, As the World Turns) Saving Grace returns to TNT tonight for four new episodes. If you haven't watched this show then you definitely should tune in. Starring Holly Hunter as Grace and Bailey Chase as Butch, it is one of the best new cable shows of the year and I would highly recommend it.

Oh and if you recognize Chase's face but can't seem to place him, you might remember him from his appearances on Ugly Betty and Las Vegas.
