On this week's NBC Days Video Preview, it's market week on Days of Our Lives and we're trading babies - or at least, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) is. Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Mia (Taylor Spreitler) have both given birth to baby girls and Nicole is in prime position to take Sami and EJ's (James Scott) baby as her own.
