CBS has picked up the Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar (ex-Kendal Hart, All My Children) comedy The Crazy Ones for a full season by giving it a back nine order, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The comedy also stars former One Life to Live star Amanda Setton (ex-Kimberly Andrews), former As the World Turns star James Wolk (a sailor) and features Days of Our Lives' Jen Lilley (Theresa Donovan).
The Tiffany network also ordered full seasons of The Millers and Mom.
"We’re proud of CBS' leadership position in comedy and excited to build on it with the back nine pickups of these three new comedies," said CBS Entertainment president Nina Tassler. "These series are creatively distinct, continue to improve each week and are led by strong showrunners, writing and production staffs, and feature amazingly talented casts."
