CBS has released the trailer for its new Sarah Michelle Gellar and Robin Williams comedy, The Crazy Ones. In addition to Gellar, who starred on All My Children as Kendall Hart, The Crazy Ones features One Life to Live grad Amanda Setton (ex-Kimberly Andrews) and As the World Turns guest James Wolk.
Wolk played a sailor during Luke (Van Hansis) and Noah’s (Jake Silbermann) Valentine’s Day episode. American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson is also featured prominently in the pilot.

Former One Life to Live and Gossip Girl star Amanda Setton was among the FOX TV stars who partied at the Fox Summer All Star Party in West Hollywood, CA on July 23. Setton, who recently landed a series regular role on The Mindy Project, was joined by cast members from such shows as Glee, Raising Hope, Bones, New Girl, So You Think you Can Dance, Touch and her own The Mindy Project. In keeping with my earlier post about how to rebuild the next generation of the Quartermaines, I got to thinking about Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) and Lois Cerullo's (Rena Sofer) feisty, foxy daughter Brook Lynn, last played by Adrianne Leon. While I found Leon perfectly adequate in the role, I can't say she ever wowed me. I think the character of Brook could come on like gang busters with the right young actress in the role. Beginning today, through December 4, One Life to Live schemer Amanda Setton (Kim Andrews) will be one of the many stars of Off-Broadway’s Love, Loss, and What I Wore. The play, which is based on the Ilene Beckerman’s memoir, was written for the stage by sisters Nora and Delia Ephron.
Fans who want more of the Gossip Girl guest-star will be able to see Setton at the Westside Theater. Her castmates will include Jenny Allen (I Got Sick Then I Got Better), Maddie Corman (Smash), Eve Plumb, (The Brady Bunch) and fellow Upper East-sider, Zuzanna Szadkowski (Gossip Girl's Dorota) .
