Charlie Sheen Gets "Anger Management"

He's baaack! "Warlock" Charlie Sheen has landed a new TV show. Sheen will star in Anger Management, based on the hit 2003 comedy starring Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson. Sheen will play Nicholson's role, a self-help guru who is very temperamental and erratic. Sounds like anyone we know? According to a press release, Sheen stated:

I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept,” Sheen said. “It also provides me with real ownership in the series, a certain amount of creative control and the chance to be back in business with one of my favorite movie producers of all time, Joe Roth.

Sheen and Roth have worked together in the past on the films, Major League, Three Musketeers and Young Guns. So far, the project doesn't have a network to call home or an executive producer.
