Jill needs a really great story. I want to see a serious/emotional story for Jill, which is something we don't really see a lot of now.
I say hook her up with Marcus Wheeler. Let her fall head over heels for him, and then slowly find out that the guy is dangerous. Of course he would try to threaten her into staying with him. She'd become seriously uninterested in Marcus, and I'd have her begin to have an affair with Larry Warton again in the middle of Marcus Wheeler's next campaign. Have Katherine find out about Jill's affair with Larry, and kind of "blackmail" Jill (in Katherine's way) into taking over at Chancellor Industries, even though Jill at first seemed uninterested.
Then I'd of course have the Larry Warton affair go public, covered by Leanna Love and it would RUIN Marcus' campaign. He'd be infuriated, and that's how we'd learn his true feelings about Jill. Of course the guy would be a total ASS, but he'd genuinely have feelings for Jill, and she'd see this by his response to her affair with Larry.
Do something like that...which would give Jess Walton some good material to play...and it would tie her back into the rest of the cast. Marcus is now tied to Victor, Nikki, Neil, Leslie, Tyler, Avery, etc....so it would make Jill a prominent GC figure again.
I'm afraid that The Powers are done with Jill Abbott Fenmore.
When Josh G dragged her in town in November for a one-night stand with Tucker, and then to hang around the ol Chancellor Estate to badger Katherine, that about did it for me. Why bring her back? To give Mumbles McCall one more ride through the sheets? Plus, she never even saw Billy once these last few months, or got involved in the Jabot/Jack s/l even one iota.
Let's face it, MAB & Hogan at least tried to use Jill. Riveting describes what MAB & Hogan wrote for Jill and Billy, when they had their dynamic argument in Sept 2011 at Delia's custody battle at the Courthouse. And MAB & Hogan had Jill have a one-up argument with Chelsea when she returned in Jan 2012. MAB & Hogan did at least try to use Jill during her last great s/l under their tutleage, the Colin and Genevieve s/l. True, it didn't work, but at least they tried.
JFP & Josh G are no fan of women over 55 yrs of age... cause Jill Fenmore is gone, and may never be seen again.

Stoney07...yes have Jill in serious relationship with the Senator and Jill's sorid past becomes back to haunt her ass.
Throwing Larry and if Leanna Love can wrote a bio of Victor in "Ruthless" why not Jill in "Scandalous"?

I have mentioned, before, "Where In The Hell is Dina".
As to all the bru ha ha over who was/ is the "best" Jill - I have seen them all come and go.
Brenda Dickinson was sort of "campy" towards the end, but I think a lot of that had to do with the goings on in her personal life at the time.
