Who is Ewan Keenan?

So now that we know that he is the one that has Robin, who do you think he really is? Is he Jerry Jax's son? Is he Jerry and Jasper's little half brother? Is he that long lost son of Mikkos and Helena? Is he related to Faison? Is he just a stooge for Helena or Jerry?
I have only been watching for 2 or 3 years, so I do not know the history. Is there anyone who is an old enemy of both the Webbers (Liz) and the Scorpios (Robin)?
I would love he was the son of Jerry Jacks and Robert and Mac's sister. OR maybe Stefan's son
It's either Faison or the Casadines. The webbers, Spencer's, and Scorpios battled them for 30 years. Great Stuff!
He's Ceasar Faison's son. I don't think he's a Cassadine considering we just got over The Lady In White. Carlivati is likely bringing back Faison and it makes sense to drag out his return with a shocking twist like this one.
Ewen is hot. I was going to suggest that Ewen is either a Scorpio (Mac or Robert) or connected to Faison.
Did I mention that Ewen is smoking hot?
