Tom Pelphrey (ex-Jonathan, Guiding Light) as Mickey Deans in "End of the Rainbow"

Just saw Tom in the AMAZING show about Judy Garland titled; "End of the Rainbow." He plays the last husband of Judy, Mickey Deans. I hope Tracie Bennett, who plays Garland, will win the Tony tomorrow (Sunday, June 10) although Audra MacDonald is favored to win. Tom is fabulous in the show and since I was sitting on the 4th row, Orchestra, I had a great view of him. He is really tall, sexy, and terrific in this role--love the 60's hairdo. If any of you get to New York, PLEASE see this show. It's playing at the Belasco Theatre on West 44th Street.
This show actually made its premiere at The Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis before making its home on Broadway. Told my Aunt and Uncle in Mpls about it and they had absolutely no desire to see it.
Would love to spot Tom tonight @ the Tony"s!

Great to see him as well as James Earl Jones and Ron Raines (who sadly, did not win for "Follies") and Judith Light (who did win for "Other Desert Cities")...
